On Reading and Blogging

My first review has been posted. I brought it over from Good Reads. Since I'm a Firefly/Serenity/Nathan Fillion junky, it seemed like an appropriate place to start. It was also the last book I finished reading.

I've been in a bit of a reading slump lately, and keep trying different challenges to try to shake myself out of it. I've even tried having multiple books going at once, so that when my interest in one wanes, I can switch to another. So far, it hasn't worked.

I think the problem is, I *want* to read, but I'm having a hard time focusing on what I'm reading. Hopefully, this blog will help.

Followed the movie very closely. However, it was nice to be able to "see" what was inside everyone's heads at different points throughout the story. Even though you get flashbacks in the movie, reading the actual thoughts added a lot to the story.





Definitely glad I took the time to read this.
